American mountain and trail runner from Fort Collins, Colorado, Lauren Gregory turned a decorated NCAA track and cross-country career at the University of Arkansas into rapid success on the trails, finishing third overall in the 2025 Golden Trail World Series after winning Tepec Trail and the Grand Finale. In 2026 she stepped up to 50K racing and became the first American woman to win OCC, passing longtime leader Naomi Lang in the final minutes and winning by three seconds in Chamonix.
