Basque mountain runner from Oñati and one of the brightest young talents in world trail running. A footballer until the Covid lockdown, Malen Osa only took up mountain running in 2021, yet within a year she had won the 23km du Mont-Blanc at 19 and by 2024 stood third overall in the Golden Trail World Series. Three consecutive Zegama-Aizkorri podiums in front of her home crowd and a first 50K victory at Lavaredo in 2026 have marked her steady rise toward longer distances.
