Sylvain Cachard
Sylvain Cachard is a French mountain and trail runner, born in Mont-Saint-Aignan. He is a triple French champion and 2022 European champion in mountain running (up & down). Cachard started in cross-country before specializing in mountain running, quickly rising to international prominence. He is known for his aggressive racing style, course records, and victories across Europe. In 2024, he set the French record at Sierre-Zinal and won the Skyrhune and VO2 Trail at the Festival des Templiers.
