The course traverses the entire island of Madeira from Porto Moniz to Machico, featuring dramatic landscapes, steep ascents, and breathtaking ocean views. Part of the Ultra-Trail World Tour and World Trail Majors, this race has been won by legends like François D'Haene, Courtney Dauwalter, and Jim Walmsley.
