The first ultramarathon in Spain (since 2003), Transgrancanaria is one of the most demanding mountain ultramarathons on the international calendar. Held on the island of Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands, the race traverses the dramatic volcanic landscape with massive elevation gains. A Spartan Trail World Championship event and part of the prestigious Races of a Lifetime series.
