French ultra-trail and skyrunning specialist from Saint-Flour in the Cantal. A veterinarian by training, Anne-Lise Rousset (often listed as Rousset-Séguret) burst onto the international scene in 2014 by winning the CCC at her first attempt, then built a long career on the European ultra circuit with three Transvulcania podiums before finally claiming the win in 2025. She also took the women's GR20 fastest known time in 2022, just months after the birth of her first child, and added the French Trail Championship and a Hardrock 100 podium in 2023.
